AGREEMENT


I am aware that attending a dog training class is not without risk to myself, members of my family, guests that attend, or my dog. I understand that some of the dogs that I will be exposed may be difficult to control at times.

I hereby waive and release FAMILY DOG TRAINING, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Training Organization", its employees, officers, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or other damage which I or my dog may suffer, including, but not limited to, any injury or damage resulting from the action of another dog. I assume the risk of such damage or injury while attending any training session or any other function of the Training Organization, or while on the training grounds or the surrounding area.

I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless this Training Organization, its employees, officers, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims by me or any other person accompanying me to any training sessions, functions, or while on the grounds of the Training Organization.

I understand that there are no refunds given after the class start date.
